The Path to Advancement
Clinical Consultation
Before beginning our work together, we start with a dedicated clinical consultation. This ensures that my specialized approach — weaving EMDR, somatic healing, and subconscious repatterning — is the precise fit for your specific goals.
The Investment in Your Healing
I operate as a private-pay specialist. This boutique model allows me to provide high-acuity, individualized care without the diagnostic restrictions, frequency limits, or privacy compromises often imposed by insurance providers.
By choosing a private-pay model, your treatment plan is completely confidential and determined solely by your clinical needs and our collaborative goals.
Initial Clinical Consultation: $50
50-Minute Psychotherapy Sessions: $225
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
While I do not bill insurance companies directly, I am committed to helping you maximize your available benefits. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my services are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.
Simplified Claims: I have partnered with a reliable third-party company to streamline this process for you. This service will:
Automatically verify your out-of-network benefits.
Submit claims on your behalf
Help you receive reimbursement directly to your bank account.

My work is results-driven, not diagnosis code-driven. By staying outside of the insurance model, I am able to utilize high-intensity subconscious and somatic modalities that don’t fit into the standard 45-minute “talk therapy” box.
-
We work “Bottom-up”. If you’ve spent years understanding why you do what you do but still can’t stop doing it, it’s because the pattern is stored in your nervous system and subcoscoius mind. We go there directly.
-
Because we are targeting the root cause rather than managing symptoms, work is often more intensive but shorter in duration than traditional talk therapy.
We focus on resoultion, not just maintence or talking about the things we already know.
-
When a therapist bills your insurance company, they are required to submit your “confidential” records — including a mental health diagnosis (even though you may not have one), your session notes, your treatment plan and your treatment progress.
Your “confidential” records are accessible to a massive network of insurance employees and third-party platforms. By operating as a private-pay practice, your clinical data stays between us. I prioritize your privacy as much as your progress.
Private Pay = Private Data.
I do not share your clinical records with insurance databases; therefore, unknown persons and third-party organizations don’t have access to your sensitive information.
